Terms and Conditions for Qist Ghar
General Information
* Qist Ghar is a non-banking finance company.
* The site is not a digital lending platform; it is only for the facilitation of the public to see products and place orders for electronics and goods, and the subsequent process is physical.
* As a user of the website, you agree to the terms and conditions provided hereunder.
* Your use of the website implies that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms together with the privacy policy; if you disagree with any part, do not use the website.
Eligibility
* Applicants must be 18+ years of age.
Order Placement and Physical Verification
* Customers are limited to 1 product per 1 CNIC.
* A copy of the applicant's CNIC is required.
* Two (2) signed references on the prescribed format are required.
* An agreement must be signed by the applicant and two (2) guarantors.
* An undertaking must be signed by the applicant.
* Post-dated cheques (PDCs) must be provided as per the installment plan.
* A utility bill may be required (depending upon the case).
Product, Warranty, and Delivery
* Product warranty is provided directly through the brand.
* After delivering the product physically, in case the product is not working after delivery, the customer must inform the manufacturer within 24 hours; Qist Ghar is not responsible.
* Qist Ghar will keep the warranty card/box until all installments are cleared.
Pricing and Payment
* All prices are listed and transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
* Qist Ghar can change the prices with or without notice due to market changes.
* However, once a deal is locked, the amount will not change.
